Inspect the charging cable

Check for cuts, cracks, or kinks in the cable jacket. Look for exposed wires or damage near the connector.

Clean the connector

Wipe the J1772 or Tesla connector with a dry cloth. Check pins for debris, corrosion, or damage.

Check the holster

Ensure the connector holster is secure and keeps the plug off the ground when not in use.

Test the charger

Plug into your vehicle and verify charging starts normally. Check the app for any error messages.
